Examine the pictures and let the child comment and ask questions.

The child asks questions to obtain information.

Routines-based Intervention (Embedded Instruction)

Children begin to ask about actions. Early childhood educators and parents can encourage children to label the actions and try them out. Children better remember words that they have experienced in some way.
