The child uses noun-verb combinations to express his ideas and needs.

Routines-based Intervention (Embedded Instruction)

Encourage early childhood educators and parents to model slightly longer sentences for the child. Restate the telegraphic comment using correct grammar and adding a word or two. For example, “The car goes fast.”
