Elicitation Strategy

No elicitation needed.

Behavior Observed

The child not only follows the adult’s movements, she also suggests songs or initiates favorites.

Routines-based Intervention (Embedded Instruction)

Encourage parents to play children’s music and learn the finger plays that children love. Let them know that finger plays have developmental benefits for children. They build fine motor imitation skills as well as require focused attention and coordination of sound and action.
