Comment on, ask questions about, and discuss the various aspects of things in the book.

The child produces imperative implying "you."

Routines-based Intervention (Embedded Instruction)

Having two-way conversations builds narrative skills. Encourage parents to talk about previous activities, such as going to the store, visiting a grandparent, going to a party, and so on. Ask about what happened, how she felt, what she liked, disliked, etc.
