Observe the child with the adult’s shoes, shirt, hats, and other apparel.
The adult can make adult or older sibling clothing available and suggest the child “dress up.”
The child puts on a hat and large shoes and attempts to put on shirt, but needs help.
Provide dress-up clothes for children to try on. They especially like wearing their parents’ clothing.
